What this covers. This page explains what happens to your name and email address if you ask us to tell you when PaceFlow Lite is released. It covers that form and nothing else. What the app does with your data is a separate and much longer document — see the privacy policy.
Your first name and your email address. That is all the form asks for and all it stores. We do not ask your age, and you should not use this form if you are under 13.
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Neither box is ever pre-ticked. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email we send you, or by writing to the address at the foot of this page, and we will delete your details.
The first box — the launch list. An email when PaceFlow Lite is available to download, and occasionally before then if there is something genuinely worth telling you as it is built. We expect that to be a handful of emails in total, not a regular newsletter.
The second box, if you tick it — DINETICQ news. That is a separate list covering our coaching and research work and the reports and clinics we run for clubs. It is optional, it is not needed to hear about the launch, and you can be on one list and not the other. Ticking it is the only thing that puts you on it.
We will not use your details for anything beyond what the box you ticked says. If we ever want to, we will ask you again first.
The launch list: until 31 December 2026, or thirty days after we send the launch email, whichever comes first — then we delete it. If the launch slips well past that date we will write and ask whether you still want to hear from us, and delete your details if you do not reply.
DINETICQ news, if you opted in: until you unsubscribe. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Either way, if you ask us to delete your details we do it straight away.
The form submits to a service we use to collect responses, which stores them on our behalf. Nobody outside DINETICQ has access to the list, and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@dineticq.com. If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
